These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GodsApp. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use GodsApp.
1. Use of the App
GodsApp is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to read the Bible, share prayers, and access faith-based features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Why? This is to comply with laws such as COPPA
(Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K,
which require special privacy protections and parental
consent for children’s data. Unless an app is specifically
designed for children with those protections, app stores
require this limitation.
2. User Content
You are responsible for any content you post, including prayers, messages, or comments. Please do not share content that is offensive, illegal, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
3. Content Sharing and Reuse
You are free to copy, share, or reuse content from GodsApp for any personal or non-commercial purpose. If you publicly share or adapt our content, we appreciate a mention or link back to GodsApp.
4. Notifications
GodsApp may send you notifications about new messages, prayers, contributions, or important app updates. You can control notifications in your device settings.
5. Analytics
We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to help us understand usage and improve the app. These tools may collect anonymized data about your interactions with the app.
6. Contributions and Subscriptions
GodsApp is free to use. If you choose to support us, you can make an optional monthly subscription or one-time contribution through Google Play. All payments are handled securely by Google and are subject to Google Play’s terms and policies. We do not provide refunds except as required by Google Play. We do not store or access your payment card details.
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your GodsApp account and all associated data, please contact us at
godsappteam@gmail.com and we will assist you.
8. Disclaimers
GodsApp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide accurate and helpful content, but we do not guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or modify the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the app.
